Pumpkin Cake

This is the easiest, most delicious cake- we love, love, love it!!

1 yellow cake mix
1 15 oz. can pumpkin
2 eggs
1 cup water
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. We serve it with whip cream. It is supposed to be better if you let it sit for a day or two before eating it, however, I can't be sure of that because we have never made it that long before eating it. Hope you enjoy!

That sounds great. We made the cookies that same way on sunday and they were a hit. Except we used the spice cake mix, then you don't have to add the spices. It's the same idea. I'ts funny how we always wait until this time of year to put pumkin in everything. It makes anything yummy.
